Perhaps one of the worse combinations you can have, and anxiety attacks tend to work “well” together, with one (menopause) inviting the other (anxiety attacks) or simply called panic attacks menopause. If this is likely you, then this article will be music to your ears (or eyes…) as rather than tell you about all those reasons why you might be suffering, which as interesting as it may seem, does not offer you any practical benefit – I will instead talk you through some basics which WILL be practical for you.

Even better, I will end with some words about a method on how to treat panic attacks completely.

I – The symptoms of anxiety attacks are nothing more than over reactions of the body to stress. No matter how bad they may get, it won’t get any worse and you will be fine. Try to cut down on stress causing factors. Don’t burden yourself any additional worrying elements in which to think over and aggravate more of your condition. The menopause is a difficult enough phase in your life without adding anxiety attacks.

Two – Do not fight the anxiety attacks. Trying to halt it coming on with sheer force will simply not work, but probably will make it worse. Strange as it may seem, you just got to accept it for what it is. Try some relaxating techniques, such as deep breathing, and let go more of the details of your life which you tend to get upset about. Bear in mind, force negates.

Three – Always seek to make yourself as comfortable as possible. If you are out and about in the town and you feel an attack coming on, go to the side and lean against a pole or wall, or sit. Don’t add worry to your situation by attempting to rush anywhere or get back home. Just ride it out making the best of it where ever you are, because you know what? It WILL go.

The menopause and panic attacks is a common combination. Together, they can really turn your life like a roller coaster ride. However, it is not going to be end of your life. You WILL be perfectly fine. And you CAN halt them completely.
